The Opportunity
We are seeking a process-minded and data-savvy Workflow Analyst to improve store labor efficiency and operational performance through deep analysis and field engagement.
This role will lead efforts to streamline in-store workflows, optimize labor planning, and elevate the customer experience by driving clarity, consistency, and simplicity in execution.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a process-minded and data-savvy Workflow Analyst to improve store labor efficiency and operational performance through deep analysis and field engagement.
This role will lead efforts to streamline in-store workflows, optimize labor planning, and elevate the customer experience by driving clarity, consistency, and simplicity in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and refine store workflows to enhance labor productivity and reduce complexity
- Conduct time studies and partner with store leaders to validate labor models
- Develop models to assess impact of operational changes on staffing and efficiency
- Recommend improvements to task design, scheduling, and labor allocation
- Support implementation of new processes across store formats
- Maintain documentation for SOPs and assist in training and rollout efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years in process improvement, labor analysis, or retail operations
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with labor management systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and observational abilities
