Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Primary Function: Purchasing and inventory for the Maintenance Department

Position Requirements:

• No written warnings or documented performance issues in the last 6 months
• Excellent attendane
• Detail oriented; strong math analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization
• Working knowledge of PCs
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining maintenance parts cage
• Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
• Receive purchase orders in the system, generate receiving reports and appropriate paperwork to accounts payable
• Generate work orders as needed
• Build kits for scheduled PMs and assign to techs by work orders
• Provide assistance to team members requesting and/or returning parts needed for repairs
• Contact vendors by phone, email, or fax to obtain pricing, availability of parts and place orders as needed
• Enter all transactions into the Maintenace computer application
• Performs General Warehouse duties as assigned

• $18.00 per hour
• $500 referral bonus
• Opportunities to earn extra pay through incentive pay
• Full-time positions available
• Less than 30 minutes commute from Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA
• 5 day a week schedule (overtime available based upon business needs)
  • Monday - Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm
