This position is a support role for the Risk Management team. The main duty of the Claims Video Support Associate is to identify, save and secure video. This role will regularly interact with our third-party claims administrator to receive video capture requests.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Accessing camera systems
-
Downloading video
-
Uploading video to shared site for claims team
-
Maintain report/database of all requests and pulled video
-
Managing multiple email boxes
-
Administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, etc.

Special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager of Litigated Liability Claims
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
-
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Must be very organized with strong multi-tasking skills

Strong attention to detail
-
Self-starter; ability to work alone

Must understand and be able to maintain confidentiality

High level of dependability
