- Maintain individual associate attendance calendars by inputting absences, tardies, PTO and other items (leave earlies, etc.) from the DDR reports.
- File PTO EANs in Associate Personnel File
- Initiate Corrective Action in accordance with DT Attendance Policy daily.
- Enter Corrective Actions on the FISCAL COUNSELINGS spreadsheet to track status.
- File returned completed Correct Actions in Associate Personnel File
- Process payroll for all non-exempt associates
- Conduct New Hire Orientation, enter new hires on staffing, send new hires name to dept. mgrs.
- Enter the following status changes into Lawson:
- Badge Changes. Issue/deactivate badges, investigate badge issues. (Badge System)
- Pay rate changes
- Shift/department changes
- Terminations
- Answer Phone
- Greet visitors/vendors
- Log in vendors and provide access badge
- Post birthdays and anniversaries monthly
- Assist with candidates applying online in the lobby
- Check mail daily
- General office traffic flow control
- Participate and assist with company sponsored events (i.e., picnic, dinners, fundraisers, and decorating contest)
- Post Daily Stock Quote and other internal news
- Assist with preparation for town hall, birthday, focus group meetings (i.e., snacks, eligible associates, and gifts)
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other administrative duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Skill to perform simple repetitive or routine tasks, operate general office equipment including computers. Prior experience in word, excel, power point. Bilingual is a must.
