Dollar Tree/Family Dollar is seeking a candidate with junior level experience to provide technical operations support to DT enterprise applications including (support, administration, maintenance, audit, and enhancement) functions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance and support for all assigned software applications.
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues in assigned software application products.
- Identify recurring issues/problems and provide recommendations to eliminate or reduce incidents.
- Facilitate management and resolution of complex incidents/problems engaging other IT Teams and vendors as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis as required – Ability to thoroughly document RCA details and make improvements.
- Ensure smooth transitions from system changes/updates and projects into daily operations.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and IT Business Continuity processes and policies.
- Meet technical and business SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT Operations experience (support, maintenance, and administration)
- Experience with writing SQL, Scripting and Automation.
- Experience with operating systems (Linux & Microsoft, iSeries will be a plus)
- Experience with various support tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow.
- A self-starter who can prioritize, and work both independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS products, preferably Workday.
- 2+ years’ experience in Retail Industry
- ITIL Certificate
