The Dollar Tree Summer Internship Program offers an enriching 10-week paid internship opportunity that takes place at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. Interns will be immersed in a dynamic work environment where they will receive personalized mentorship and engage in professional development activities designed to enhance their skills.
Throughout the internship, participants will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. Comprehensive onboarding will ensure interns are well-prepared from day one. Additionally, team-building activities will foster collaboration and networking among peers and leaders in the organization.
At the culmination of the summer program, interns will have the exciting opportunity to present their projects and insights, with the possibility of earning scholarships as recognition for their hard work and creativity.
